Asking for a guardianship or conservatorship can seem challenging. Documents must be prepared, attorneys may be involved, a hearing before a judge, and a doctor’s opinion must be sought. The guardian or conservator must learn the responsibilities and obligations, perform the job 365 days each year, and report to the court every year. But you don’t have to go it alone.
